Cancellation and Refund Policy

GO Rent a Car is a booking and referral website. We receive booking requests and route them to independent car rental companies. We are not the rental supplier, do not own or provide the vehicles, and are not a party to the vehicle rental contract. The independent rental company that accepts the request supplies the car, sets its final rental terms, collects rental charges and issues any rental invoice. GO Rent a Car does not collect payment for the vehicle rental. Each business remains responsible for its own legal and tax obligations; this statement does not waive duties imposed on the website operator by law.
1. Who handles what
GO Rent a Car routes booking requests to independent rental companies. The website itself does not collect rental payment, so it does not hold rental money to refund. The provider that accepts the request supplies the car, contracts directly with you, collects rental charges and issues any rental invoice. That provider handles any refund for rental payments under its terms. Each party remains responsible for its own legal and tax obligations.

2. Before your booking is confirmed
If you have only sent a request and no rental company has confirmed it yet, you can cancel at any time and free of charge by emailing team@gorentacar.me with your booking reference (for example, the one in your email) or the email address you used.
3. After your booking is confirmed
- The cancellation, change, no-show and refund terms of the confirming rental company apply, as stated in its confirmation or rental agreement.
- Cancellation fees, if any, are set by that company.
- Please tell us as early as possible so we can pass your message on. Email team@gorentacar.me.
4. Refunds
If you have paid a rental company directly, any refund is made by that company, to the payment method you used, according to its terms. We cannot refund money we did not receive, but we will help you contact the company and follow up your case.
5. Your legal rights
This page does not promise a refund amount or deadline and does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
