GO Rent a Car is a booking and referral website. We receive booking requests and route them to independent car rental companies. We are not the rental supplier, do not own or provide the vehicles, and are not a party to the vehicle rental contract. The independent rental company that accepts the request supplies the car, sets its final rental terms, collects rental charges and issues any rental invoice. GO Rent a Car does not collect payment for the vehicle rental. Each business remains responsible for its own legal and tax obligations; this statement does not waive duties imposed on the website operator by law.

These terms apply when you use gorentacar.me and send a booking request through it. By ticking the box in the booking form you confirm that you have read them and the Privacy Policy.

2. What we do — and what we do not
GO Rent a Car operates this website as a request-routing and referral service. We display vehicle and rate information supplied for comparison, receive the details you submit, and route your request to an independent rental company for review. We are not the vehicle-rental supplier. We do not own, rent out, deliver, insure or maintain the vehicles, and we do not provide the rental service. The rental contract, if any, is made directly between you and the independent rental company that accepts your request. We remain responsible for our own website and for duties the law places on its operator.
3. Booking requests and confirmation
- Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed reservation.
- The automatic email you receive only shows that we received your request.
- A rental is confirmed only after the independent rental company has accepted your request and confirmed availability and its terms. Our team may relay that decision, but does not create a rental contract or confirm a vehicle on the supplier’s behalf without its approval. Do not rely on a vehicle, price or pick-up arrangement before the supplier’s confirmation.
- A request may be declined, or a similar vehicle may be offered, if the car is not available.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative comparison information based on the selected dates and extras; the independent rental company confirms the final rental price, taxes, deposit, fuel and mileage rules, and any other charges. The website does not collect rental charges or issue an invoice for the vehicle rental. The supplier that contracts with you handles the rental payment and rental invoice and accounts for taxes on its rental supply as required by law. The website operator remains responsible for any taxes and other duties applying to its own separate activity; this agreement does not decide or remove those duties. Payment is currently stated as due on pick-up to the supplier, under its terms.
5. Driver and rental requirements
Driver age, licence requirements, deposits, insurance cover and excess, permission to cross borders and other conditions are set by the rental company and must be met when you collect the car. You are responsible for giving accurate details.
5A. Children and booking requests
Only an adult who is legally able to make the request may submit a booking request. The main driver must meet the rental company’s age, licence and other requirements; the minimum age shown on the website is guidance and does not replace the rental company’s confirmed conditions. A parent or legal guardian should make requests involving a child and may tell us only whether a child seat or booster is needed. Do not submit a child’s name, contact information, identity documents, exact date of birth, health details or other unnecessary personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy for how accidental submissions are handled. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
6. Changes and cancellations
See the Cancellation and Refund Policy. To change or cancel, email team@gorentacar.me with your booking reference.
7. Our responsibility
We take care to show accurate information and to pass your request on promptly, but we do not control the rental company’s vehicles or service. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for the rental company’s acts or omissions, vehicle condition or availability, delays, damage, loss or injury arising from the rental. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Using the website
Please use the website honestly: do not send false or automated bookings, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. We may change or suspend the website at any time.
9. Content
Vehicle photos and descriptions are for guidance only; the rental company confirms the actual vehicle or a similar model. The website’s design, text and logo belong to GO Rent a Car or its licensors.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your request applies to it.
